Karu Bushcraft week takes place in the North Karelia region in Eastern Finland. NOKIKOKKI KURSSI 11.5.2019 (in English below)
Seuraava "Nokikokki" kurssi pidetään 11.5 lauantaina. Kurssilla perehdytään ainakin avotulella leipomiseen, lihan savustukseen, kalan ja riistan käsittelyyn sekä valmistukseen. Kurssi soveltuu kaikille retkeilyn ja ruuan ystäville. Kurssi kestää yhden päivän (n. 8h) ja sisältää kaikki ruuat.
OPEN FIRE COOKING COURSE 11th of MAY 2019
Next open fire cooking course will be held in 11th of May Saturday. In this course you will learn how to bake on open fire, smoke meat, handle fish and prepare game bird. Course is excellent for people how love outdoor life and good food. Course duration is 8h and includes all the meals.
